Objective:To investigate the distribution of subtype, complete remisson rate(CR)and the related factor for CR rate in newly diagnosed adult acute lymphocytic leukemia(ALL). Methods:We reviewed the 353 cases of acute leukemia(AL)which diagnosed in our hospital between 2000 and 2007,there were 81 patients of ALL among them,51 patients of them accepted therapy. And we used these cases to retro-spectively analyze. Results: In these 81 patients which newly diagnosed,52 were male, accounting for 64.2%;29 were female, accounting for 35.8%.The mid-age was 34 years old.ALL-L2 was the most common subtype of the ALL in our hospital, accounting for 67.9%.In 51 patients which accepted therapy, the overalleffective rate after the first chemotherapy was 90.2%and the overall complete remission(CR)rate was 70.6%.There was no statistic significance in CR rate between high WBC group and non-high WBC group, and also in different subtype(P>0.05).The complete remission rate of VDCP induction regimen was 74.2%, the VDCLP was 100.0%,the VTCP was 66.7%,the VP was 66 7%.Conclusion:ALL-L2 was the most common subtype of the ALL in our hospital,multi-drug chemotherapy may have high CR rate, but The CR rate was much lower in elderly group.ALL must diagnosis with MIMC standard, and choose more proper therapy.
