| Objective:To analyse the risk factors of postoperative recurrence in spinal tuberculosis. Methods:From January 1995 to January 2005,59 patients with postoperative recurrence in spinal tuberculosis and 216 random sampling(control group) after spinal tuberculosis were studied.Age,sex, nutrition, secondary lesion, spacc of lesion, complete Lesion resection of operation, normal chemotherapy of preoperative and postoperartive, strict immobilization of postoperative in lesional site, preoperative the other complications, postoperative other complications were compared by Logistic Regression analysis. Results:The risk factors of postoperative recurrence in spinal tuberculosis included normal chemotherapy of preoperative and postoperative, strict immbilization of postoperative in lesional site, complete lesion resection of operation, nutrition and space of lesion(P<0.05).Conclusion:To develop normal chemotherapy of preoperative and postoperative,To Strength natrition, rest, complete lesion resection of imtraoperative, strict immobilization of postoperative should be helpful to prevent and reduce postoperative recurrence in spinal tuberculosis. |
