The number of patients of insomnia with anxiety symptom is 55.56% of the total sampling number, the incidence of women's anxiety symptom in the sample is higher than that of men. Educational background of group with anxiety symptom is lower than that without anxiety symptom; 2. The difference in sleep time factor , sleep obstacle rank and total scores between group with and without anxiety symptom has high significance in statistics; The scores of PSQI and HAMA of the total sample are positive correlation; 3. The incidence of phlegm heat syndrome is 48%(24 cases /50cases), which is much higher than that of other syndromes. By using Logistic multivariate regression analysis, we selected 8 syndromes as sleeplessness , dysphasia ,etc, and 2 tongue and pulse pictures, which are in good agreement with phlegm heat syndrome.
