Since the third plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of CPC, Promoted by the situation of reform and opening up in the entire society, China's health service has gone through extraordinary twenty years, changing the serious situation of severe damage to health institutions, distinct lack of health technical personnel, lower conditions of the health equipment, and the obvious contradictions between supply and demand of health service after "cultural revolution". Particularly after the national health conference in 1996, in order to adapt to the socialist market economic system and the reform of medical security system, all medical institutions' internal reform also has been in full swing with the constantly deepening of the health service reform. Another 10 years passing, the construction scale of all medical institutions has been increasingly developed; Medical doctorate or master degrees' training becomes endless; NMR, CT, and a large number of sophisticated medical equipment keep emerging one after another; Third Grade Class A Hospital, community services, health clinic services have completed in each layer of management. It should be said that people's lives are like a fish in water, but the reality is that: doctor-patient relationship exacerbated by the interests collision, resulting in multiple benefit conflicts. Public attention at this moment focus on doctor-patient contradictions and disputes, China's medical order suffers from the unprecedented challenges caused by frequent occurrence of doctor-patient conflicts.Hospital is related to human from the cradle to the grave. At the same time, people's livelihood is major plan of state and links to long-term development of our country. To establish a comprehensive and orderly health care system adjusting to socialist market economic development, we should attach more importance to guiding the medical service up to standard and orderly.About this, this paper will give an analysis of the plight of the medical system reform and the performance of medical disorder we are facing in China, roughly discuss on the nature of medical disorder, and try to find out solutions to re-build medical order.
