Hyperthermia, a tumor therapy means using biological heat effect, has been widely used in tumor cure. It is known by its secure, simple, effective and low surgical risk. It also cooperates well with radiation therapy and chemotherapy, and causes body immunoreaction fighting against target tumor. This thesis focus on designing a measure and control system and study the temperature control arithmetic for hyperthermia. The hyperthermia measure and control system contains three subsystems: multi-channel thermopair temperature measure system; far-infrared thermograph temperature measure system; single pin internal-cooled radiofrequency tumor ablation therapy system.This thesis achieves the works as follows: software and hardware design of multi-channel thermopair temperature measure system; software design of far-infrared thermograph temperature measure system; software design of internal-cooled radiofrequency tumor ablation therapy system; temperature control research for hyperthermia on the base of the system mentioned above. Multi-channel thermopair temperature measure system implements 16 channels thermopair pin temperature measure and the system error is less than 0.1℃. Far-infrared thermograph temperature measure system implements surface temperature measure, and its system error is less than 2℃. The software of single pin internal-cooled radiofrequency tumor ablation therapy system is improved and its interface is prettier, the system is safer and more automated. These three systems provide a useful platform for hyperthermia temperature control research.This thesis study the characteristic of fuzzy control and PID control, put forward a new method: fuzzy-improved PID control method which is used for temperature point control. It combines the advantage of fuzzy control and PID control. The experiments show its excellent performance on steady state and dynamic state. On the base of fuzzy-improved PID control we bring forward methods for single zone multipoint temperature control and multi-zone temperature control.Experiments show that fuzzy-improved PID control performs better than fuzzy control or PID control; multi-zone temperature control method also works well; temperature curves is similar under the same voltage between the first and the second warm hyperthermia using the same phantom,but ablation hyperthermia does not have this property. So when warm hyperthermia we can use thermopair pin to control the temperature at the first time, then at the second time use the last temperature curve to estimate the therapy process. Thus, this will decrease the danger of tumor transfer and pain during therapy.
