The Research And Analysis On Resource Allocation Of Community Health Service In Jilin Province

Objective: With the development of the society and economy in nowadays, the quality of the people's life is increasing. The changing of healthy demand and healthy problem are also the challenge to the community health services resources allocation. This paper is to analyze the resource allocation of community health service in Jilin province.Methods: literature research and data survey were applied to collect the detailed materials of community health service in Jilin province including Changchun, Jilin, Baicheng, Baishan, Tonghua, Siping, Yanbian, Songyuan, Liaoyuan etc.Results: There were 158 community health services, 1063 equipments and the number of population is 25956877. According to the population, the equity of the health manpower, organizations and equipments of community health service was better in Jilin province. According to the geography, the equity of resources allocation was lower.Conclusion: The equity of resource allocation of community health service in Jilin province was good as a whole, but health policy-makers and the government should pay more attention to the geographical equity of community health services and the health manpower resource allocation.
