According to recent years, the statistics authority at home and abroad, has become a malignant tumor affecting the primary factor in human health, and age of onset was younger trend. There is also information to indicate that eco-nomic development, the deterioration of the environment, but also to certain parts of the increase in the incidence of malignant tumors.While treatment for cancer means a lot, but most have a means of trau-matic and strong side effects. Therefore, antineoplastic agents are still the pre-ferred means of treatment of malignant tumors. Anticancer drug currently ex-isting synthetic drugs, but also from natural products screening by the drug. Most synthetic drugs are cytotoxic drugs by inhibiting the growth of or kill cells, to achieve anti-tumor effect. So in chemical synthetic drugs, there are toxicities, side effects, easy-resistants, and so on. Thus, in the search for natural products from the low toxicity, cost-effective antineoplastic agents become a hot research.Antineoplastic agents of natural selection are the natural core of the anti-cancer drug research. Application has been the major anticancer drug screening method there are two types: the selection of tumor cells and the method of ap-plication of non-tumor cells screening methods. Screening of tumor cells in vivo and in vitro methods include methods. Application of non-tumor cells screening methods, including high-throughput screening methods, microbial screening methods.Fungus is a wide variety of biological groups, the nature products of fungal species, are at least 150 million. Fungi have multiple metabolic pathways, can generate substantial new structure, activity and diverse secondary metabolites, in particular fungi in the ascomycetes gang of certain species of secondary me-tabolites, antibiotics have been found non-enzyme inhibitors, receptor inhibitor or activator of immune regulation and low-molecular-weight metabolites agent. At present, there are reports: Terpenoids (Taxol), the alkaloid compounds and peptide compounds. Therefore, the anti-tumor activity of fungi is an important source of material.This study collected from the five different locations soil samples and se-parated 62 colons. Penicillium (37%) is the most, and Aspergillus (21%) is the next, other fungi are less. Description of Penicillium and Aspergillus fungi in the soil is the main fungi.In order to screen the fungus from the natural environment has produced anti-tumor activity of secondary metabolites strain, the study of fungi estab-lished anticancer drug screening method. Through the various media, such as the PDB, YEPG, Shashi liquid medium, the medium MKP comparative test and found that MKP medium best suited to do the screening medium.
