Objective: To explore the significance of detecting IgH generearrangement in diagnosis of B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma. To observe the IgHgenerearrangement in the peripheral blood of the B-cell lymphoma patients before and after the chemotherapy to know if it will be the timely therapeutic index of tumor on molecular level.Method: using the polymerase chain reaction to test the IgH generearrangement of twenty B-NHL patients and ten tumor patients who were not lymphoma before and after the chemotherapy, respectively; And ten health adults were tested as contral group.Result: Twenty patients were examed before the chemotherapy.Eighteen patients were positive of monoclonal IgH generearrangement. After sixth cycles of Chemotherapy with the CHOP,7 patients achieved clinical complete remission and 6 patients achieved partial remission.Only one patient who got CR was to negative .The index of the control group was inegative.4 patients'IgH generearrangement changed after sixth cycles of chemotherapy. After six months followup ,we found that only one, whose IgH generearrangement was not to negative,of seven presents who reached CR after chemistry cure relapse, and the other five maintain CR, and survival condition is no different with the patients whose IgH generearrangement was not to negative. Conclusion: IgH generearrangement may be an important index to diagnose B-NHL and to detect MRD,but it may not be the timely therapeutic index of tumor on molecular level.
