Multivariate Statistical Analysis And Compound Recipe In Traditional Chinese Medicine

The main method taken by this article is clustering algorithms. Many recipes in traditional Chinese medicine are compared and studied systematically here.Tens of thousands of recipes are the essential parts of the summarization of experience, which comes from the struggle of Chinese people against diseases in the past thousands of years. On the other hand, the authentication theory of traditional Chinese medicine is an important achievement, which is also from the experience. Actually, it is the analysis result based on the experience. In this article, the relation of the two achievements will be demonstrated by analysis of the collected recipes.Comparing nature, flavor and channel entry of kinds of patterns of traditional Chinese drugs, we get that they are closely correlated to each other by using clustering algorithms. The result provides a convincing evidence for the traditional Chinese medicine theory.Also, chills and fever theory of traditional Chinese medicine is studied in this article. Kinds of diagnostic symptoms are apparently different from the angle of features of chills and fever. The result will improve the study of diagnostics in traditional Chinese medicine.
