The Establishment And Evaluation Of Non-paper Testing System Based On Network For Medical Statistics

Objective: The testing auto-rectifying and analysis system based on of Medical Statistics was established. Methods: Reforms the existing educational model, develop multiplication Medicine Statistics Experiment class; The item bank was built using SQL sever2000 software. The testing, answering system was developed out by the Delphi2007.Test papers were abstracted from the system by the combination of the certain proportion and normal distribution mathematical models stragety. Two classes (121 students) carry on the non-paper testing and the traditional testing separately through the group design. The difficulty and discrimination of items and the reliability and validity of the test papers were worked out with Education Statistics, factor analysis, relative analysis etc. Results: The itme bank was built with 11 fields such as item type,important degrees etc which had 1405 items. The non-paper testing system which includes 10 function models and 6 databases could run well. The group design analysis showed that the difference of student achievement under two test methods is nonsignificant(tA=1.55,PA=0.122; tB=1.89,PB=0.062); The average difficult degree of the two test papers are respectively0.68, 0.62.The average discrimination of them are respectively0.25, 0.24. The average reliability of them are respectively0.78, 0.82. Conclusions: The system could form the test paper with the strategy of the combination of the certain proportion of the important degree and the normal distribution models which realized the non-paper testing based on local area network, rectifying and analysis. The test papers abstracted from the system were reliable and valid. It can scientificly, objectively evaluate the students'ability and it's beneficial to deviation of the teaching, testing and controlling testing cheat. The Non-paper testing system has good practical value.
