Objective:To analysis the influence of p-glycoprotein and NF-КB expression after transcatheter arterial chemoembolization(TACE) in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). study the relationship of P-GP and HCC prognosis and the value of TACE in HCC treatment.Method:To measure the expression of P-GP and NF-КB in 30 cases secondary operating HCC and adjacent tissues after TACE by immunohistochemistry S-P method, compared with 30 non-TACE cases. Comparing the result through Chi-Square test,Kaplan-Meier survival analysis,log-rank model and Spearman analysis.Result:The NF-КB positive rates are 80%(24/30) in HCC,36.7%(11/30) in adjacent tissues after TACE group, compared with 63.3%(19/30),16.7%(5/30) respective in non-TACE group(P<0.05). The P-GP positive rates are 93.3%(28/30) in HCC,56.7%(17/30) in adjacent tissues after TACE group, compared with 83.3%(25/30),30%(9/30) respective in non-TACE group(P<0.05). The NF-КB expression is positive correlation with the P-GP expression(r=0.91 , P<0.05).The average survival rates is lower in the positive P-GP group than it in the negative group(P<0.05).Conclusion:1 P-GP protein paly an important role in zhe multidrug resistance of HCC,TACE can increase the P-GP and the secondary antibiotic resistence in HCC. 2 The expression of P-GP has value to estimate the prognosis. 3 The P-GP invove in the multi-antibiotic resistence mediated by HCC and The NF-КB is new target in HCC chemotherapy.
