Research On The Production Process Of Freeze-Dried Live Attenuated Varicella Vaccine With Roller Bottle And Its Quality Control

People are focus on how to control and therapy varicella virus .There is no specific medicine to therapy the virus except inoculate varicella vaccine.There are not only commendable protections but also favourable economic retums for an ideal varicella vaccine. The advantage of the varicella vaccine is that only small amounts and just inoculate one time can induce permanent and even lifetime immunization, although it is safe,but it is complex in preparing craft and expensive.If can find a good production process,it will be ruduced the cost and got good effect.The main works about this research are as follows:The production process was established for preparing freeze—dried attenuated varicella vaccine with roller bottle.The Oka—varicclla—zoster virus was inoculates in a dense 2BS cells monolayer.The virus suspension was harvestesd when cytopathic effect(CPE) was above 75%.The general detection was carried out after the virus suspension was ultrasonic disrupted , centrifuged,clarified and freeze—dried.The detection results were in accordance with the WHO requirements for vericella vaccine and freeze-dried live attenuated varicella vaccine.It suggested that the production and quality of vaccine were increased. The residual bovine serum decreased by roller bottle method than those with the claisen flask do.The accomplish of this research has very considerable practical importance.There are so many work have to be done such as consummate purification method ,how to impove output and animal experiment in order to testify its potencity to be ideal the varicella vaccine.
