In the 12th day, the blank group were with each mouse tail intravenous injection of the physiology brine, others each mouse used LPS 7.5μg/only tail intravenous injection, injected after 12 hours,took blood through each mouse eye socket , and examined measurement ALT and AST,and dissected and took each mouse liver most long small leaf liver organization, made liver organization pathology slice ,inspected each liver function and index of liver organization injure degree after built the acute immune liver damage model and used different medicine. Result: each treatment group improved acute immunity liver hurt mice livers functions and livers organization pathology structures of influence were obvious better than model group; XuanFuFlower and KuDouZi HeJi to acute immunity liver hurt mice of livers function and liver organization pathology structures of improvement curative effect were obvious better than KuDouZiJianJi and "XuanFu FlowerTang", and with BPD function equal; KuDouZiJianJi improvement of livers function of mice were better than "XuanFuFlowerTang"; "XuanFuFlowerTang" to mice livers organization pathology structures of improvement were better than KuDouZiJianJi.Conclusion: XuanFuFlower and KuDouZi HeJi, KuDouZiJianJi and "XuanFu FlowerTang"all can treat and prevent BCG+ LPS to mice livers of acute immunity hurt; And XuanFuFlower and KuDouZi HeJi were better than KuDouZiJianJi and "XuanFu FlowerTang"; Predict through the experiment: The KuDouZiJianJi and "XuanFu FlowerTang"have already been in conjunction with a function; The XuanFuFlower and KuDouZi HeJi and BPD to BCG+LPS"cause of mice livers of acute immunity hurt curative effect equal.
