Objective:To explore the influence of devascularization and Ischemic preconditioning for liver function in hepatectomy of liver tumor combined cirrhosis Methods:A total of 68 patients with liver cancer were divided into the devascularization and Ischemic preconditioning(groupA,n=36) and the devascularization with Pringle's devasularization group(group B n=32).In group A, combined cirrhosis(n=26).In group B,combined cirrhosis(n=23).To explore the function of liver of AST,ALT,ALP,TBIL,DBIL,IBIL,TPRO,ALB and GLOB. Results:There was no significant difference between the two groups in curative effect P>0.05.the function of liver of AST,ALT,TBIL,DBIL and IBIL in group A,compared to that in group B,with a significant difference between the two groups P<0.05.There was no significant difference between the two groups in ALP,TPRO,ALB and GLOB.Conclusions:There is significant difference between the devascularization and the devascularization and Ischemic preconditiormg group. The devasularizative and Ischemic preconditioning in the two observing group has an influence on liver function of patients with cirrhostic liver cancer after hepatectomy.
