Objective:To analyze the status quo of the 3~6 year-old children's behavior development and major behavioural problems in Urumqi , and explore the correlated factor of the child behavior development. Methods:To carry on cluster sample survey with randomly selecting 17 kindergartens, a total of 1984; to test each child with Denver developmental screening test (DDST-R), and to investigate their kindergarten teachers and parents with Conners Questionnaire (PSQ and TRS), to investigate their parents with the impact of factors Questionnaire simultaneously. Results: 1) the development of the status quo: The prevalence of behavioral problems of DDST-R,TRS and PSQ was 7.61% (151/1984), 7.35% (142/1933) and 7.5% (145/1933), result of test was consistent (P> 0.05), no gender difference (P>0.05), and showed that the prevalence had trend of downward with growth in the age (P<0.01), the prevalence of 3-year-old child's behavior problems was the highest (P<0.01). 2) behavioral problems: Language was the main area to poor performance, followed by the fine motor - the adaptability to area of poor performance (P<0.01), and behavioral problems of children of different nationalities was slightly different (P<0.01). 3) influencing factors: Logistic regression analysis showed that mother's occupation, father's education, family income, childbirth and the work busy for the impact of children were the main factors. 4) Correlation Analysis: the analysis results about PSQ and TRS suggested that factors of children's behavior problems, learning problems, impulsiveness–hyperactivity and hyperactivity index were closely related to the development of children; the relativity highest factor were hyperactivity index and hyperactivity, correlation analysis between the area of DDST-R and scale of the Conners factor was founded: the abnormal of the language, fine motor - the adaptability and movement in children test were related to the hyperactivity in the questionnaire (P<0.05).Conclusion: 3 to 6-year-old child behavior problems exist age differences. To strengthen the three-year-old child behavior problems and monitor the cultivation of language skills are the key to alleviate child behavior problems.
