Objective To investigate the prevalence and risk factors of albuminuria among Vigors in Xinjiang.Method 1650 random residents from 15 village of three countries in HeTian were received questionnaire survey,tested damage index of kidney and associated factors.Result Of 1529 participants with completed information,the 773 were males, the mean age was 38.86±16.38,and 756 were females,The mean age was 38.63±15.28. In this group,hypertension was detected 33.0%of subjects,diabetes was detected 3.7%of subjects,albuminuria was detected 4.3%of subjects,lower than reported in china,and age(every 10years increase),high constractive blood pressure(every 10mmHg increase),were independently associated with albuminuria.Conclution this is the first time to investigate the epidemic characteristics of chronic kidney disease(CKD) among Vigors in Xinjiang.It provides precious data for CKD research for our country.The prevalence of hypertension is similar to Vigors in Urumqi and other study in China.The risk factors of albuminuria is similar to those of developed countries.
