| Objective To investigate factors affecting respectability of the cardias cancer. Methods 638 surgery cases of cardia cancer from three same level hospitals were analyzed retrospectively by using patients data including sex , age , nationality , the course of the surgery, surgical hospitals, surgeon, the incision choice, tumor size, tumor invasion, the scope of tumor invasion, TNM staging and histologic classification. A total of 13 indicators of single-factor and multi-factor Logistic regression analysis. Results Analysis of the X2 test, the course of the surgery, surgical hospitals, surgeon, the incision choice, tumor size, tumor invasion, the scope of tumor invasion, the TNM staging and histologic grading the difference P<0.05, with statistical significance. Single factor analysis, the course of the surgery, surgical hospitals, surgeon, the incision choice, tumor size, tumor invasion, the scope of tumor invasion, the TNM staging and histologic grading the difference P<0.05, with statistical significance. Logistic regression in the multi-factor analysis of the surgical hospitals, surgeon, tumor invasion, the scope of tumor invasion, TNM staging and histologic classification grading the difference P<0.05, with statistical significance. Conclusion In the surgery, surgical hospitals, surgeon, tumor invasion, the scope of tumor invasion, TNM staging and histologic classification of the impact of cardiac cancer lymph node dissection play a decisive role. |
