Dietotherapy is an important method and way in which people eat scientifically. Dietotherapy theory is an important branch of Chinese traditional medicine. Dietotherapy culture is an important part of Chinese traditional culture .Because of the agriculture, we have the guarantee and the conditions of"food". Because of the traditional Chinese medicine, The survival and health of the Chinese have obtained the Security of"treatment". Since the agriculture appeared, the original medicine,dietotherapy also emerged in succession. Since then, every time the development of agriculture, such as the development of crops,animal husbandry,Planting and aquaculture industry ,always drives and promotes the development of dietoherapy. And the development of dietotherapy in each time, always injects fresh blood into it .Whereas the development of the therapeutic in each period always reflects the situation of agricultural development from a level .because"food"is the link between the two things .Therefore, the development of dietotherapy in history refcects the close integration of diet,agriculture and the traditional medicine. It has formed the close contact of agriculture,food,medical and medicine. Food rely on the power of medicine ,and medicine fall back on the merit of the food, therefore diet helps the medicine, puts the medicine in the diet, and it is passed from generation to generation and they all benefit from it. Therefore, this article starts from historical angle, from ancient times to up to now, tracing the source to the ancient times, takes the development of dietotherapy in ancient China as the object of study, from the angles of traditional agriculture,traditional medicine,and traditional diet to look at dietotherapy development, research the course of history of dietotherapy in infancy,formation,development,property,perfect and maturity, and these three to its function and the influences so as to obtain the Interaction and contact among agriculture,food,medical and medicine, and hope to find out many medicine and food resources for life and health of modern people.In light of the above ideas, this paper has six chapters to analyze the idea in detail. Chapter 1, Introduction. It tells the theme,the concept of the study and related concepts, the purpose of the study, the significance of topics,the basis on the research and methods on the situation at home and abroad, the paper might be the innovation description and analysis. Chapter II traces the source of dietotherapy from"agricultural medical homologous"point of view .Chapter III, IV and V describes the development of dietotherapy have impact on these three elements respectively from the traditional agriculture,traditional Chinese medicine and Chinese food culture. Chapter VI tells the development of dietotherapy under the influence of different factors and roles of their own course and the inheritance, exploration and improvement of future dietotherapy.At present, the domestic research on dietotherapy are mostly from the angle of medicine, or reorganization all previous dynasties dietotherapy literature material, or explores the new dietotherapy formula and so on. But this article's key point is breakthrough the sole of dietotherapy study in the past time, and attempts to make an innovation, In other words, it puts dietotherapy in the background of the history of agriculture and the culture of diets to make a research besides the traditional angle of medicine, thinks about it from the overall, from a great angle, from all the directions, and from many layers, which makes the paper obtain bold attempt and possible innovation from the research mentality and method.
