Objective To explore the clinical characteristics and relational factors of multiple myeloma with renal injuries. Method The data of 14 patients with MM and renal injuries were retrospectively reviewed.Results Compararison of renal injuries(Scr≥176) and non renal injuries, there were significant diffrences with Hypercalcemia(P<0.05),Hyperuricemia(P<0.05) and Hyper-Cystatin C. whereas there were non-significant diffrences with other factors,such as age,serum globin,hemoglob -in,M protein (P>0.05). Conclusion According to this study, we get the conclusion that hypercalcemia and hyperuricemia were the relational factors of multiple myeloma with renal damage. Serum Cystatin C can refelect renal damage earlily, which has important clinical significance.
