TB is an infectious diseases which caused by Mycobacterium Ttuberculosis (MTB), and also a serious public health problem endangering the health of the public. At present, the main problems of TB's control are the low rate of patients'detection and the low rate of curing. Problems in the TB research to be resolved are increasing basic research on MTB, finding specific and sensitive diagnostic methods to improve the detection rate of tuberculosis, looking for new treatment methods, and developing new anti-TB drugs.Using technology of phage-displayed random peptide libraries, we screened out 7 mimotopes of CE fusion protein, and a liner B cell epitope positioned at the sequence of the 58th to 61th amino acids on ESAT-6. The following are the specific research:1. The monoclonal antibody against the CE fusion protein was used to screen the binding peptide from the Ph.D.-7 peptide library.2. Using indirect ELISA method, antibodies against single-chain phage positive clones and CE fusion protein were detected in serum samples from 20 patients with tuberculosis and 10 healthy people who had been vaccinated with BCG..3. Do indirect ELISA test using the positive phage 5 that containing WDAT sequence or CE fusion protein...
