Objective: 1.To evaluate the effect of nutritional-support therapy on immunologic function of leukaemia patients in relief period.2.To evaluate the effect of nursing interfere on immunologic function of leukemia patients. Methods:Experiment 1:Objective: To evaluate the effect of nutritional-support therapy on immunologic function of leukaemia patients in relief period. Methods: 60 leukaemia patients in relief period, were divided randomly into control group and hyperalimentation high-energy diet group and given relative diet. We evaluated nutritional status of patients in both groups, measured the level of cytokines IL-4 andγ-IFN in serum with commercial ELISA kits and the contents of immunocytes Th1/Th2, CTL and Treg in PBMC with FCM after 1 month therapy.Result: The leukaemia patients in completely relief period had been given nutritional-support therapy for 1 months and the protein-energy malnutrition status of patients in hyperalimentation high-energy diet group were rectificated. The levels of Blood-fat and serum protein of patients trended to enhance. The levels of cytokines IL-4 andγ-IFN in serum enhanced (P<0.01). The proportion of Treg cells in PBMC decreased (P<0.01) and the number of IL-10-secreting cells decreased while Th and the ratio of Th1 cells increased (P<0.01); CTL increased and perforin-secreting active CTL cells significantly increased (P<0.01).Conclusion : The leukaemia patients in relief period usually were accompanied by protein-energy malnutrition. The nutritional-support therapy can rectify the nutritional status, enhance immunologic function, reduce immunosuppression function, enhance anti-tumor capability of patients.Experiment 2:Objective:To evaluate the effect of nursing interfere on immunologic function of leukemia patients. Methods: 60 leukemia patients were divided randomly into control group and nursing interfere group . We evaluated nutritional status of patients in both groups, measured the level of cytokines IL-4 andγ-IFN in serum with commercial ELISA kits and the contents of immunocytes Th1/Th2, CTL and Treg in PBMC with FCM after 1 month therapy.Result: The leukemia patients in completely remission period had been given nursing interfere for 1 months and the protein-energy malnutrition status of patients were rectificated. The levels of Blood-fat and serum protein of patients trended to enhance. The levels of cytokines IL-4 andγ-IFN in serum enhanced (P<0.01). The proportion of Treg cells in PBMC decreased (P<0.01) and the number of IL-10-secreting cells decreased while Th and the ratio of Th1 cells increased (P<0.01); CTL increased and perforin-secreting active CTL cells significantly increased (P<0.01).Conclusion :The leukemia patients usually were accompanied by protein-energy malnutrition. The nursing interfere can rectify the nutritional status, enhance immunologic function, reduce immunosuppression function, enhance anti-tumor capability of patients.
