The Application Value Of Color Doppler Ultrasonography For Evaluation Hydronephrotic Kidney Function

Objective: To investigate the significance of color Doppler flowmetry of renal function in of incomplete obstructively hydronephrotic kidney. In order to evil-traumatic occlusion and lowest cost examine clinical hydronephrotic kidney take cure scheme select take a hint and guidance. To maximatily achive retain the trouble kidney and aviod to cut the kidney which have part of function or may recover part of kidney function . To raise sufferer long-term quality of life .Methods: Fourty health, maturation and male rabbits. Color Doppler was performed to evey kidney ,then obtained 2D images and parameters renal arterial branches, including PSV, RI etc, as control group. Then ligate ureter at pelvis and ureter connection point in left kidney to make (PUUO). During the early obstruction,draw several rabbits randomly to examine with color Doppler ultrasound. Observe pathology of one obstructed kidney to judge the succees of modles. After one month later, draw out 8 rabbits randomly, examine with color Doppler ultrasound.Gain data both obstruct kidney blood flow parameter and kidbey shape diversify parameter.Perform the same examination at 2month ,4month, 6month and 8month respectively, and draw out four rabbits to relief obstruction and keep raising them after 4 months later. Others put to death and the renals sent to pathology.Results: During early obstruction ,the size of obstructed kidney increased, PSV raised up slowly, RI decreasd slightly. There was no statistical significance compared with the control group. Kidney pathological section displays renal glomerulus and renal tubules are normal in form, vacuolar degeneration was discovered by chance. One month later, There was significantly statistical significance of PSV and RI in the obstructed kidney display statistics difference compared with control group(P<0.05). Four months later, the kidney pathological section display there were atrophy and degeneration among renal glomerulus,and there was lots of inflammated cells infiltrating in, PSV, RI and the size of the kidney are significantly different compared with control group(P<0.05),but six months later after removing obstruction in this group, all the parameters of the kidney can recover completely. The group of removing obstruction 6 months later, PSV, RI and the shape of the kidney can recover partialy. 8 months later, RI is higher than 0.6, then removing obstruction and raising 6 months later, the correlated blood flow parameters and shape parameter can't recovery, and now , the kidney pathological section display there are no obviously changes in analosis and apomorphosis. There are lots of vacuolar degeneration and mutilated renal glomerulus.Conclusion: when RI is higher than 0.6, the renal function can't recover after reliefing obstruction. By examine kidney function with color Doppler in clinical application, there are so basilic guidance significance in selecting the treatment plan or the time of operation.
