The Analysis Of The Neural Function Recovery About Medication And Surgery Treatment Of Spinal Tuberculosis

Objective:To evaluate the neural function recovery about medication and surgery which were used to treat spinal tuberculosis.Methods:94 spinal tuberculosis patients accepted the operation,which include antituberculous medication treatment before surgery,and autograft bone graft fusion transpedicular screw system internal fixation and anterior debridement procedures and antituberculous medication treatment after surgery.According to spinal damnification Frankel grade,I use rank sum test to analyse the patients,which are disparted three groups,about before and after operation;after operation and follow-up visited;before operation and follow-up visited.I use SPSS software to calculate data.As a result,we can acquire the analysis of the clinical effectiveness about medication and surgery treatment of spinal tuberculosis.Results:94 patients showed successful interbody fusion,neural function recovery with varying degrees,and there are 4 patients withing high temperature,3 patients withing vomitting,4 patients'wound withing not well heal,6 patients withing tuberculous sinus again.After anti-infective therapy and wound dressing,they have been cured.Of them,no other complications,no fractrue of internal fixation.According to the spinal damnification Frankel grade,before operation there are 5 person in A,5 person in B,8 person in C,12 person in D,64 person in E;after operation there are 0 person in A,0 person in B,1 person in C,6 person in D,87 person in E.There are 81 patients who can be follow-up visited,visiting them about 1 year to 3 years,average 18 months.According to the spinal damnification Frankel grade,in 81 patients there are 0 person in A,0 person in B,1 person in C,10 person in D,70 person in E.According to number of the spinal damnification Frankel grade,I use rank sum test to analyse the patients before and after operation,(P＜0.01), before operation and follow-up visited,(P＜0.01).So the neural function have been better than it without operation;Analysing the patients after operation and follow-up visited,(P＞0.05).So the neural function is same as it with operation.The follow-up visited patients are in order.Conclusion:After antituberculous medication and operation,the neural function have been improved.But we must know that antituberculous medication is the basic way to treat spinal tuberculosis,operation is only secondary means.It is very important for the success of surgery and patients' health to take use of antituberculous medication.
