Objective : To observe the therapeutic efficacy of CSA with glucocorticoid treated the Vogt-Koyanagi-harada diseaseMethods: Clinically collected the 36 patients(72eyes) diagnosed as the Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada disease, the age of patients from 18 to 60 average 39.53years old; Male21 woman 15examples ; the sight of 29 eyes between4.0 and 4.1 4.2~4.3 havel5 eyes .≥4.4 have28 eyes .patients are divided into contrasted group and treating group at random, the treating group have 20 patients (40eyes) treated by the CSA combined with glucocorticoid, observed group have 16 patients (32eyes) treated by the glucocorticoid only; these eyes are checked respectively by the vision , Mf-ERG , FFAbefore and after treating .All of the data are analyzed by the statistics , then evaluate the clinical effect. Results: (1) The curative effect aspect, the treating group wassuperior to the contrasted group (p<0.05); (2) The sight aspect , thetreating group was significant diffience between the before and after treating(p<0.01); the contrasted group was significant diffience between the beforeand after treating (p<0.05); after treating, the vision of two groups haveboth improvement, the treating group was superior to the contrasted Group(p<0.05); (3) For mf-ERG, the absolute value of responding density ofwave p1 of two groups decurtate, they had the statistical significance(p<0.05); after treating there was significant difference between twogroups( p<0.05).(4)For FFA , after treating, compared to the improvementof leakage of fluorscein had the statistical significance (p<0.05) .Conclusion: CSA with glucocorticoid has more superior curative effect than glucocorticoid only on treating the Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada disease.
