The Curative Effect Of Facial Neuritis With Different Acupuncture Methods For Long Time And At Different Stages

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of facial neuritis with different acupuncture methods for long time and at different stages.Methods:Treatment group(30cases)were treated by the different methods of acupuncture for long time at different stages(acute stage, recoverystageandsequelastage,usingaffectedYANGBAI,SIBAI,TAIYANG, XIAGUAN,QIANZHENG,â‘ the acute stage(falled in lday-2week)needling with lightly and superficial acupuncture,and keep the needle static for 40min,once a day,two weeks is the time of therapy.â‘¡recovery stage(falled 2week-3 month)needling and twirling several times(under 30 times),the patient feel warm and lift the needle for many minutes.and keep it stable. once a day,two weeks is the time of therapy.â‘¢sequela stage(falled 3months or above)needling and twirling 10 times,the patient.feel the face warm,once a day,two weeks is the time of therapy.every time lasting for 40min.nce a day,two weeks is the time of therapy.The control group(30 cases)were trated by normal acupuncture method.Results:The cured and markedly effective rate was 97%,in the treatment group and 73%in the control group with difference between the two groups(P<0.05)Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of different acupuncture methods for long time at different stages is superior to that of normal acupuncture for facial neuritis.The method of cured group can improve the function of facial nerve.
