The Clinic Research Of The Chronic Nephritis Albuminuria Treated By The Tablet To Strengthen The Function Of Spleen And Tonify Kidney

Objective:The research of curative effects of Spleen-Invigorating and kidneytonifying Tablet treatment on the deficiency of vital energy of spleen and kidney of chronic glomerulonephritis are explored and the mechanism of the Spleen-Invigorating Tablet action are discussed,with the purpose of better application in clinical guidance and clinical therapy.Methods:60 chronic glomerulonephritis patients were randomly assigned into two parallel groups,30 patients of Spleen-Invigorating and kidneytonifying Tablet treatment group,and 30 patients of ShenYanKangFu Tablet (SYKFT)treatment group(the control group).Both groups took the same food and nursing treatment,and both were ended after two months therapy treatment.The urine protein(including qualitative test for urinary protein and quantitative test for 24-hr Urine protein),blood albumin,blood fat, Chinese medical pattern,general therapy analysis were investigated and analyzed.Statistical analyses were used for assessing the difference between two groups.Results:The total effective rates for Tablet treatment is much better than that of the control group(P＜0.05),which can greatly improve the symptoms and signs of patients,can lower urine protein,heighten blood albumin,and have no obvious vice-reaction.Conclusion:(1)Spleen-Invigorating and kidney-tonifying Tablet is highly effective in the treatment of deficiency of vital energy of spleen and kidney of chronic glomerulonephritis,obstruct the further progression of glomerulonephritis.(2)Spleen-Invigorating and kidney-tonifying Tablet can improve blood fat,improve the quality of life defend renal function and postpone the progression of kidney disease.
