Parallel Investigate Of Osseointegration Of Implants With Different Surface Properties

OBJECTIVE:To observe the osseointegration of the implant-bone interface, analyse different result of implants with different surface processing (HA+SLA,HA)through animal experiment,so as to approve different quality of osseointegration of implants with different surface processing.METHODS:The experiment was conducted in the centre laboratory of animal, shandong university.BLBâ…¢(Screw implant with SLA+HA surface)and BLBâ… (column implant with HA surface)were adopted.6 Beagles of 2-3 years old were selected and 36 implants were put into the mandible bone immediately at random after the 2^nd3^th4^thfirst molar of Beagles extracted after being anesthetized.At the 2^nd, 4^th,8^thweeks after the operation,two Beagles were executed respectively,and formation of osseointegration were observed.RESULT:General observation:All experimental animals were involved in the analysis of results,and there were no implants fell off.And that under the light microcope:BLBâ…¢:At the 2^ndweek after operation,interfaces of implant-bone were interfaces of soft tissues without new bone formation;At the 4^thweek after operation, there were large scale of new bone formed around the implants;New bone formation in periphery of implants and inter-fillets,osseous interfaces formed;Formation of osseous interfaces in the 8^thweek were obvious than that in the 4^thweek.all the date of BLBâ…¢is larger than BLBâ… .CONCLUSION:Formation of osseous interfaces of the implants with HA surface in the 8^thweek were obvious.but the quality of the osseointegrate of the scraw implant with SLA+HA surface is much more better the column implant with HA surface.
