Survey And Analysis The Quality-of-life Of The Bladder Cancer Patients Who Had Partial Cystectomy

Objective To investigate the factors impact the quality of live of the patients who had get the bladder cancer and the partial cystectomy.Methods Collect the clinical data of 53 patients with the partial cystectomy because of the bladder transitional cell cancer. Using the Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy Scale-Bladder cancer (FACT-BL) score the Quality of the Life. And analysis the the fators and the sores with the Statistical Program for Social Sciences V13.0.Results Patients' sex, the number of the ureter transplantion, the recurrence with the quality of life has no statistical significance. Patients' age, number of years of smoking , tumor staging with the quality of life has the statistical significance .Conclusions With the increase of the age and the number of smoking years, the quality of life is descending. Tumor stage will affect the prognosis of the patients, the quality of life of the patients with T3 are pooer than the patients with T1.
