Background:Modern psychosomatic Medicine said that psychosomatic diseases are psycho-social factors in the incidence of disease, and play an important role in the development of the body of organic diseases and physical function of the obstacles. And Chinese medicine has a saying about "emotional disease" since Chen Wuzhe's "three by doctrine". With the arrival of the elderly community, the number of menopausal women is increasing. Menopause syndrome due to ovarian dysfunction, and endocrine dysfunction. Endocrine dysfunction, autonomic dysfunction, and other symptoms, which seriously affected the physical and mental health of the menopausal women. Porter's study about menopause syndrome emotional disorders in the rate of 11% to 21%, while in the normal population of 5% in anxiety, 5% to 10% of depression, which showed that menopause syndrome women are more susceptible to emotional disorders. Based on the high incidence and the impact on women's health, the relationship between menopause syndrome and emotional obstacles has become the focus of attention in the pharmaceutical industry.Objectives:The subject is the status of investigation of menopausal women emotional obstacles in a Guangzhou hospital. It is a discussion about the changes on the five-TCM (anger, worry, think, grief, fear) and the abnormal psychology of modern psychological reaction (somatization, anxiety, depression, etc.) in the occurrence and development of menopause syndrome relations.It is also a discussion about the distribution of Menopausal Syndrome on the five-TCM and abnormal psychology. It provides a scientific basis With a view to further clinical use of "intelligence-intelligence therapy" treatment of emotional obstacles.Methods:This is a subject of case-control study. It is discussed from the point of modern psychology medicine and Chinese five-TCM medicine, using the scientific research methods of psychological measurement, clinical epidemiology and evidence-based medicine, to design 1:1 case-control experiment. Using 90 Symptom Assessment Scale (SCL-90) and the self-made Scale for the five-TCM as study carriers, it is subject of retrospective, longitudinal of the questionnaire survey and assessment on a hospital in Guangzhou on 425 cases of menopausal women feeling obstacle situation. It is a discussion about the changes on the five-TCM (anger, worry, think, grief, fear) and the abnormal psychology of modern psychological reaction (somatization, anxiety, depression, etc.) in the occurrence and development of menopause syndrome relations. It is also a discussion about the distribution of Menopausal Syndrome on the five-TCM and abnormal psychology. It provides a scientific basis With a view to further clinical use of "intelligence-intelligence therapy" treatment of emotional obstacles.Results and Conclusion:1. Climacteric syndrome is a mixed role of physical, psychological and social environment. Emotion Etiology, can not be simply explained by Wu Xing Doctrine. Emotion Therapy, must be a multi-level, multi-factor, multi-system exploration of non-linear model in the clinical.2. Abnormal Psychology and menopausal syndrome have a close relation. and Abnormal Psychology also is a risk factor in menopause syndrome. The occurence of Menopausal women abnormal psychology usually came from the body function, and more obstacles triggered cognitive impairment caused by emotional stress response anomalies, which in turn will become a secondary physical obstacles reasons, increased illness, and they bent to form a vicious circle.3. Emotional disorder and menopausal syndrome has a close relationship. and it directly impact on the occurrence and processes of menopause syndrome. Previous studies showed that the core of the body regulating emotional obstacles is anger. No matter in the form of single factor or both interactive factor, anger is with the minimum relevance of menopause syndrome. and fear does vice verse. what else, the risk of fear and anger has the largest relevance of menopause syndrome. This is the same as kidney faction is the base of menopause syndrome, however the menopausal syndrome patients in clinical are repeatedly described of anger. And in this study, Yin Xu Gang Wang is mainly menopausal syndrome also provide evidence for the argument.4. Emotional obstacles in the climacteric syndrome haved a statistical significance with Yin Xu Gang Wang, Xin Shen Bu Jiao, Yin Xu Jing Kui and Yin Xu Xue Zao(P<0.05). Among them, in Yin Xu Gang Wang mainly anger, Xin Shen Bu Jiao mainly anger and cry, Yin Xu Jing Kui mainly cry, Yin Xu Xue Zao mainly think , anger, worry.5. Menopausal Syndrome is not directly related to social factors. The author assumptions: social factors through the emotional and personality characteristics play a role in the process of Menopausal syndrome. In the Social factors, health crisis, Luo Ye syndrome, interpersonal tensions are the risk factors in menopause syndrome. While the family love is the protection in the menopause syndrome.
