Clinical Observation On The Effect Of Neurotransmitter Of The Post Cerebral Infarction Depression By The Treatment With Acupuncturing Baihui (DV20)

The Post Cerebral Infarction Depression(PCID)is a disease that emerge different levels of depressive symptoms which sustained over two weeks during cerebral infarction.In stroke patients,the incidence of cerebral infarction is 59.8%.And the incidence of PCID is 35.97-58%in cerebral infarction. In modern medicine,the therapy that treat PCID with drug is the use of antidepressants.At the same time of the western modern antidepressant to treat PCID,has more venenosus adverse reaction and make the noise of poor compliance and intolerance to the patient.This study tried to use the point therapy to treat PCID,and explore a good way with few venenosus adverse reaction and the better treatment of PCID.Objective:Through the point therapy,this study treat PCID with the treatment that incorporate with acupuncturing Baihui(DV20)and point injection therapy with the injection of Herba Erigerontis.The specific research is treatment PCID that incorporate with acupuncturing Baihui(DV20)and point injection therapy with the injection of Herba Erigerontis,and compare with amitriptyline and basis therapy.Through the specific research,the study wants to know about that:1.To analyze the changes of neurotransmitter 5-serotonin (5-HT)and norepinephrine(NE)of the patients before and after treatment,it create the effect of neurotransmitters content in the patients of PCID.2.To analyze the changes of Hamilton(HAMD)depression scale of the patients before and after treatment,approach the effect of the degree of depression in the patients with PCID.3.Through multiple comparison test to treat PCID,explore an economic,cheap and good compliance,fewer venenosus side effects of treatment PCID approach.Methods:The specific research is divided into three groups of patients:basis treatment group,amitriptyline group,acupuncture and point injection Group. The basis treatment group Only do the basis of the treatment and don t treat the depression;the amitriptyline group treat PCID by the same time to conduct basic treatment for the amitriptyline;the acupuncture and point injection Group treat PCID by the same time to conduct basic treatment for the incorporate with acupuncturing Baihui(DV20)and point injection therapy with the injection of Herba Erigerontis.Results:The study results are as follows:1.The analysis of changes about the Hamilton(HAMD)depression scaleThe research found that three groups of PCID patients before and after treatment has a certain degree of improvement in their HAMD depression scale score.The amitriptyline group and acupuncture and point injection group have more obvious amelioration than the basis treatment group.The two drug treatment group's HAMD depression scale score based on the basis treatment group compared with a significant difference.But the difference was not significant between the two drug treatment group.It hint that the acupuncture and point injection group can improve depressive symptoms for the PCID patients,and has a corresponding effect compared with the amitriptyline group.2.The analysis of changes about plasma monoamine neurotransmitters 5-HT and NEThe research found that three groups of PCID patients before and after treatment has a certain degree of improvement in their plasma 5-HT and NE content.The amitriptyline group and acupuncture and point injection group have more obvious amelioration than the basis treatment group.The two drug treatment group's plasma 5-HT and NE content based on the basis treatment group compared with a significant difference.But the difference was not significant between the two drug treatment group.It hinted that the acupuncture and point injection group can improve plasma monoamine neurotransmitters 5-HT and NE for the PCID patients,and has a corresponding effect compared with the amitriptyline group.3.The analysis of changes about venenosus side effectsThe research founded that three groups of PCID patients before and after treatment have different venenosus side effects.The acupuncture point injection group has fewer venenosus side effects,and has a significant difference compared with the amitriptyline group.Conclusion:The PCID treatment that incorporate with acupuncturing Baihui (DV20)and point injection therapy with the injection of Herba Erigerontis, has a significant antidepressive effect.It has a corresponding effect compared with the amitriptyline which is the traditional antidepressants,and has fewer venenosus side effects.It opened up a new way of thinking for the use of the traditional chinese medicine treatment of PICD,and has a broad prospect.
