Meta-analysis Research Of Internal Mental Therapy Effects About Obsessive-compulsive Disorder

There are many studys about mental therapy effects of OCD in china. Many studys show the effects and validity of medication,mental therapy and their integration.Traditional literature summarizations summarize validity of treatment measures describly, but it's not enough about deep comprehension and effect magnitude of different treatment measures. In order to solve this problem, the text uses meta-analysis to analyze treatment effects about OCD deeply, it can offer a new reference and gist for the later therapy of OCD. The text uses SMD to combine effect size about Y-BOCS summation of single group pre-treatment and behind-treatment, pare group behind-treatment. The text also uses OR of fixed effet model to combine effect size about pare groups validity ratio. The text also compares effect size about different mental intervention measures; and make correlation analyse between average and therapy time single of group and pare groups.The statistic analyse softwares are Comprehensive Meta Analysis V2 and SPSS13.0. Analytic results show:(1) Average effect size of single group Y-BOCS summation shows statistic meaning; average effect size of pare group Y-BOCS summation shows statistic meaning; average effect size of pare group treatment validity ratio shows statistic meaning .(2) It exists notable negative correlation between average effect size of single group Y-BOCS summation and period of treatment; It has no correlation between average effect size of pare group Y-BOCS summation and period of treatment.(3) All mental intervention measures or synthesis treatment of average effect size of single group Y-BOCS summation are effective, thereinto , combination of cognize digestion therapeutics and medication is most effective , the secondly is cognize behavior therapeutics, Morita therapeutics, behavior therapeutics; about average effect size of pare group Y-BOCS summation, Morita therapeutics has no effective to OCD, other ternary mental intervention measures are effective , ranking of effect magnitude is: cognize behavior, behavior therapeutics and cognize digestion.In addition, the text discusses the process of this meta- analysis , and proves reliability of this meta- analysis from searches strategy, publication bias, sensitivity of meta- analysis; and discuss the choice and prevention of OCD treatment measures, emphasize choose treatment measures that according with sufferers'current mentality pathology mechanism, pay attention to shape individual nicer mentality diathesis.
