| [objective] To explore and compare treating limb malignant melanoma with simple operation to operation combining with biological chemotherapy. To compare treating limb malignant melanoma with primary lymph node dissection to delayed lymph node dissection.[Methods] Fifty one cases with malignant melanoma were retrospectively analyzed. Their treatment effect and mean survival rate were analysed . The mean follow-up time was 26 months.[Results] The total 2-year survival rate of 51 cases was 45%.Thirty three cases received operation combining with biological or chemotherapy, whose 2-year survival rate was 51.5%.Eighteen patients received operation ,whose 2-year survival rate was 22.2% .There was significant difference in 2-year survival rate between two groups . Thirty one cases received lymph node dissection. Among the total ,13 cases received primary lymph node dissection, whose 2-year survival rate was 46.1%; 18 cases received delayed lymph node dissection ,whose 2-year survival rate was 46.1% , There was not significant difference in 2-year survival rate between two groups.[Conclusion] Post-operative biological or chemotherapy would significant prove survival rate of the patients with limb malignant melanoma. There was not significant difference in 2-year survival rate between patients received lymph node dissection and received delayed lymph node dissection. |
