Effections On Immune Function Of Preoperative Enteral Immune Nutrition Joint With Probiotics In Patients With Colorectal Tumor

Objective:To discuss the clinical effects of enteral immune nutrients combined with probiotics on preoperative patients suffered colorectal tumor.Methods:100 patients who suffered colorectal tumor and were operated on,agreeing to involve in the experiments,are randomly divided into three groups by hospital admission order.There were 26 examples were remonved refered to standardization.Other 74 patients succeeded in completing the experiments.Prospectively in conventional infusion group(group CONT),using eco-immune enteral nutrient(EEN group)plus probiotics,normal enteral immune nutrient(NEN group).The main parameters observed are liver functions,total lymphocyte,NK cells,immunoglobulin,CRP,C₃,C₄,others including complications and resumption of intestinal functions.Results:No death and serious complications occurred during the trial in all three groups.Increase of TP and Alb levels were observed after nutrition support in the three groups.There were stastical differences in EEN and NRN group(p＜0.05).T cells and NK cells level increase in EEN and NEN group and decrease in group CONT.T cells level in group EEN is significantly hingher than the other two groups after nutrition support(p＜0.05).The CD4/CD8 levels maintained stable after nutrition support in the three groups.The CRP levels decrease in the three groups after nutrition support,only group EEN decreased significantly(p=0.003).IgM,IgG level maintained stable in the three groups, while IgA increased markedly in EEN group(p=0.01).Complements remained stable in EEN and NEN group,while decreased significantly in CONT group(p＜0.05).There were no stastical differences in STB and ALT level after nutrition support.AST decreased significantly in EEN group(p=0.033).There were no stastical differences in the gastrointestine function resumption time after nutrition support in the three groups(p＞0.05).More clinical significance was that the incidence of infection complications in group EEN were significantly lower than that in the other two groups.Conclusion:Preoperative enteral immune nutrition plus probiotics used in colorectal tumor patients were safety and feasible.It can improve nutritional status and immune function,decrease the inflammatory reaction level,deduce the incidence of postoperative infection complications and improve the liver function.
