Objective to analysis the change of CT perfusion imaging in patients with the stenosis in the part of M1 stage of middle cerebral artery, to evaluate the value of CT perfusion imaging in clinical application. Methods After the the examination of Digital substraction angiography (DSA), 11 patients with the stenosis in the part of M1 stage of middle cerebral artery and 7 patients with no any local stenosis had been collected in our research as control group. CT perfusion imaging and CT or MRI scan also were performed in all patients, and we got all CT perfusion imaging figure. Then the CT perfusion imaging was analyzed with the CT or MRI scan.Result 1,Compared with control group, different changes had been found in the CT perfusion imaging figure of that 11 patients. 2,There were no differences in CBF figure and CBV figure between study group and control group, but there was marked difference in TTP figure between of them. 3,According to the changes of CT perfusion imaging figure, 11 patients had been divided into four stages. 5 patients were in I a stage, 3 patients were in I b stage, 1 patient was in II a stage, and 2 patients were in II b stage. But there was no dependability between the rate of artery stenosis and the stages of regional cerebral perfusion in pre-infarction period. Conclusion CT perfusion imaging is a sensitive technique to evaluate the changes of regional brain hemodynamics. And TTP is the most sensitive parameter.
