Specificity And Purification Of The Monoclonal Antibody Against Yunnan Tin Miners' Lung Squamous Cancer

Objective:To identify the specificity of monoclonal antibody(C6)against yunnan Tin miners' lung squamous cancer cells and purify its antibody,so as to obtain the tumor antigen proteinum and tumor antigen gene which corresponding to the MAb.Methods:To detect the cross reaction of mAb against YTMLC-90 and various kinds tumor cells,normal cell,tumor tissues,normal tissues by Western blotting.To purify the mAbs against YTMLC-90 by immunoaftinity chromatography;To identify the mAb of purification by Western blotting.Results:the mAb(C6)against YTMLC-90 has cross reaction with lung cancer cells and lung tissues antigen,but it has not cross reaction with other tumor cells, tumor tissues,normal cell and normal tissues.Purify the mAb(C6)against YTMLC-90.Conclusion:The mAb(C6)against YTMLC-90 has specificity with lung cancer-related antigen,also it has no specificity with other tumor-related antigen and normal tissue antigen.Obtain the competent MAb of the purification.
