| Biomedical electrical impedance tomography is a quick development in the medical imaging. For distributing and influence of impedance in organism, it is a new type biomedical detection and imaging technology, as non-invasiveness function imaging. Compared with traditional medical imaging technology, it is without radioactivity or radial that EIT is harmless withal the predominance of portability. Noninvasive and inexpensive. It is significance that EIT makes application in disease prevention, diagnosis, especially long-term continuous medical care.Reconstructing algorithm is an important aspect in EIT technology. In this thesis the choice of equi-potential back-projection is because it is mature in reconstruction rapidity. As application region is human thorax cross section, it is changed roundness region to ellipse region for more close to shape in fact. The main work is as follows:(1) Simulation of human thorax section in two dimensions ellipse region and FEM division.(2) Ameliorating electrodes injection. It is changed point electrodes injection to line electrodes injection.(3) As object in different position, it is studied the comparison of the imaging between in roundness region and ellipse region.(4) To improve imaging it is optimized division form, and added filtering. |
