To Study The Method Of Renal Intracapsular Injection Of Methylprednisolone In Primary Glomerulonephritis

Objective:To evaluate the injection method,success rate,complications, therapy effect of primary glomerulonephritis and discuss the clinical application value.Methods:30 patients who were diagnosed primary glomerulonephritis were applied intra-renal adipose capsule injection therapy (methylprednisolone 40 mg)under the guide of sonograph,totally 5 weeks,twice a week.The 24 hour urinary protein,plasma total protein, plasma albumin,urine volume,serum creatinine were measured before and after the treatment.Results:(1)The injection success rate of perinephric adipose capsule which width was＜5mm is 96.6%(314/325).The injection success rate of perinephric adipose capsule which width was＞5mm is 77.1%(212/275). The complications included nerves,perirenal hematoma,pain et al.The pain was the main complication.(2)The 24 hour urinary protein before and after treatment was changed statistically(1857.00±285.74mg vs.1787.06±158.90mg P＜0.05). The plasma total protein and plasma albumin before and after treatment were changed statistically(61.30±3.59g/L vs.64.36±2.55g/L P＜j0.05), (35.73±2.72g/L vs.40.23±3.06g/L P＜0.05).The urine volume and serum creatinine were unchanged(1857±285.74μmol/L vs. 1787.06±158.90μmol/L P＞0.05)(101.20±12.82μmol/L vs.95.73±6.82μmol/L P＞0.05)Conclusion:The intra-renal adipose capsule injection therapy under the guide of sonograph had a high success rate and significant effect,which injection complications and side effects is few,and was a new and effective method to treat the primary glomerulonephritis with glucocorticoid.
