Objective To discuss the therapeutic effects of hyperoxia solution (HO) on rabbit acute necrotizing pancreatitis. Methods Establishing rabbit's SAP model, four groups are involved which are the control group (C group), sham operation group (SO group), acute necrotizing pancreatitis group (SAP group) and hyperoxia solution (HO group). Each group has 10 rabbits. Establish the rabbit's SAP model with pumping 5% natrii tauroglycocholas solution in pancreatic duct. After 3 hours, 6 hours and 10 hours, exam venous and arterial blood from the edge of ear. And after 10 hours do pathologic section and HE staining with the tissue of pancreas and observe the specimens under microscope. Results Compare to the C group, SO group and SAP group, HO group have higher partial pressure of oxygen through blood gas analysis (P<0.05). Compare to the C group, SO group and HO group, SAP group have significant higher AMY, NO and WBC (P<0.01). Compare to the C group and SO group, HO group have higher AMY and NO. Compare to the C group, SO group and HO group, SAP group have higher pathologic score. HO group's pathologic score is lower than SAP group's, but it is higher than C group's and SO group's.Conclusion HO can reduce serum AMY, NO and WBC on rabbit acute necrotizing pancreatitis, and can increase the partial pressure of oxygen, can lighten the pathological changes of pancreas. All of these show that HO has the therapeutic effects on rabbit acute necrotizing pancreatitis.
