| Objective:Combine interferon with Chinese traditional medicine to cure chronic hepatitis(C).Through which we are trying to find out the related index sign and change of immunity condition,the result of interferon combination Chinese traditional medicine and whether we can reduce the side effect of such combination.Methods:①105 patients with positive test on Anti HCV,HCV-RNA and ALT>40;②105 patients divided randomly into three groups:Chinese medicine,interferon,Chinese medicine and interferon;③They accept two period of treatment(6 months)and then we will observe the result of treatment:ALT recovery percentage,Anti HCV negative transfer percentage,HCV-RNA negative transfer percentage,rebound percentage after stop using medicine;④Observing influence on blood routine;⑤Observing influence on IL-10,IL-12,IFN-γand immunity situation.Results:①IFN500W+Chinese medicine has a great impact on ALT recovery percentage,Anti HCV negative transfer percentage and HCV-RNA negative transfer percentage(P<0.01).At the same time,the chance to got the sick again after suspend the medicine is reduced(P<0.01);②A-2bIFN- IgG is increasing along with extending of the period of treatment(P>0.05);③Blood serum cell has great difference compare with other groups,IL-10 declined,IL-12 and IFN-γrose(P<0.01);④HGB trend to decline in each group(P>0.05).But in statistic,there is no great difference.In IFN500W group WBC,PLT decline a lot before treatment(P<0.05)and the PLT decline much more than that in IFN 300W group(P <0.05).In IFN300W group the PLT decline a lot before treatment(P<0.05)Conclusion:①Combine interferon and Chinese traditional medicine can improve the ALT recovery percentage,Anti HCV negative transfer percentage and HCV-RNA negative transfer percentage.Improve and keep the treatment effect;②In IFN500Wgroup,it is more effective on improve IL-12 and IFN-γexcreted by Th1 and reduce the IL-10 excreted by Th2;③The more IFN used in treatment the more s ide effect will be produced in blood routine.Combine IFN and Chinese Traditional Medicine can reduce the s ide effect in blood routine. |
