Because of adverse effect of endotoxin and mediators of inflammation in Sepsis, the body becomes in a hypercoagulabale state. In the progress of activation of coagulation cascade ,there generate a great many of proteases such as thrombin, issue factor complex et al, which accelerate the process of inflammatory reaction through their special receptors-Protease-activated receptors(PARs). To data, there have been a great number of preclinical and clinical trails on coagulopathy in sepsis., most of those trials associated with PARs yielded positive results. It strongly suggests that it will may be a method full of outlook in the treatment of sepsis that we design the medicine to block the PARs specially .
