Hemorrhoid is one of the most common disease in clinic presently. Although there are many medicine to treat this disease, most of which are chinese traditional medicine. This thesis will introduce a new prescription for a compound suppository, which including four medicines: Lidocaine Hydrochloride, Prednisone Aeectate,Vitamin E and KV.This prescription can be used to cure hemorrhoid. This thesis includes the following contents and results:We choose fusion method as the preparation method. In the process of preparation: the required tempretature for adding the mixed medicine powder is 60℃, then stir up for 25 min at the speed of 30r/min; the required tempretature for adding vitamin E is 60℃and stir up for 15 min at the speed of 30r/min; the temperature for fuddling is 30℃, then cool it at 25℃for an hour.It is inevitable to avoid the interaction.during the process of distilling and separating because that this is a compound suppository. How to choose the proper methods and solvents for the operation and establish convenient, rapid, accurate methods is the key points of this thesis. And it is also the difficult points. According to comparing the different methods, we choose HPLC to determine assay and related substances.According to examining the stability, it can be proved that this suppository is very stable under the high temperature. However, the suppository should be saved under shade considering the Vitamin E will be decomposed under the intensity illumination. Under the accelerated test, it finds that the suppository's meltry time limit and pH change little. The content of four medicines are apparently not reduced and the related substance are increasing appreciably, which can be controlled in the low level. Above all, this suppository is stable and controllable.
