Hypoxia familiarisation training is an integral component of the aviation physiology training in many countries after World War II.This training is considered essential for pilots to improve the capability of hypoxia judgement and treatment, even assure the flight safety. In the review of documents, the purpose and function of this training was summarized , and the regulation, method and some new advances was introduced briefly in the field home and abroad,In addition, the problem of DCS damage caused by the traditionary hypobaric chamber training and some measures against it were introduced and analysed. Accordingly, the aim of this study was bring forward. In the first part of my study, the subjective and objective effects was observed on hypoxia familiarisation training of 91 high-performance fighter pilot,In order to analyse and evaluation the effect of training and discuss its influence factor. The second part of study, the effects of combined altitude and reduced oxygen on learning and memory capability in mices were studied with the method of water maze, to research and discuss the congintive effect on different hypoxia induced methods. Finally, I compared the physiological and calculation capability and subjective effects under three different hypoxia conditions(ground inhaling 7.1% oxygen,3000m inhaling 10.4% oxygen and 7500m inhaling 21.0% oxygen),which can provide the experimental basis for the new method of pilot's hypoxia familiarisation training.
