According to the production principle of the selection and compound of microbiologic optimum medium, the polysaccharide fermentation condition in the production of Bacillus subtilis B1⑥systematically.Through the quantitative comparison of the EPS,produced in Bacillus subtilis B1⑥under the conditions of the single element, orthogonal experiment and varied fermentation experiment,C/N is very important in industry production during the growth of the microbiology and compounding of the biology.Meanwhile,it has found that a lot of element, both macro and micro, should be added, such as Mg,S,P,K and Mn,to promote the growth of microbiology. The conclusion shows that the components have great impact on polysaccharide fermentation in Bacillus subtilis B1⑥production.The experiment is certain of the optimum medium and its fermentation condition of the Polysaccharide fermentation. The purity of Bacillus subtilis B1⑥polysaccharide is relatively high through the DE-52 of the PAGE and fibrin anion during the process of extracting the exo- polysaccharide in the fermentation liquid.Analyzing the Polysaccharide by Paper Chromatographic analysis and GC,it shows that the group of higher purity can be divided into Glucose and Arabinose. It also shows that there are seven components, which appears in the specimen,Raffinose, Galactose and Arabinose, xylose, mannose and fucose. But there are only two spot because of low quantity. That shows that Polysaccharide probably consists of glucose of higher purity, Arabinose and some other components. From the functional study of Bacillus subtilis B1⑥,exo- polysaccharide,it has found that in one hand,it has some effects on anti-fatigue;in the other hand, the polysaccharide concentration of 100μg/ml can restrain the growth of cells effectively and cause the death of them.Experiments indicate that the polysaccharide has some effect on anti-tumor.
