Study On The Chemical Composition Of Er-chen Tang And Discuss The Research Method Of Chinese Herbal Compound Chemical

Objective:Study on the chemical composition of Er-chen tang and discuss the research method of Chinese herbal compound chemical.The paper is divided into four parts,1.The modern research development of Er-chen tang;2. Research the chemical composition of Er-chen tang;3.Discuss the research method of Chinese herbal compound chemical;4.Comprehensive discussion.Methods:Using the modern chromatography to study the chemical composition of Er-chen tang.Using HPLC to study the chemical composition of different parts of Er-chen tang,Er-chen tang single and together fried chemical composition,the different doses of Wumei effects Er-chen tang main chemical composition.Using GC-MS to analysis the volatile chemical composition of Wumei,Er-chen tang,as well as Er-chen tang lacking of Wumei. Based on the comprehensive reviewing of the Chinese herbal compound chemical, taking Er-chen tang for example,discuss the Chinese herbal compound of the chemical constituent research methods.Results:1.The different parts of Er-chen tang study identified seven peaks in ether parts,nine peaks in ethyl acetate parts,seven peaks in water parts.The ethyl acetate and water parts contain more chemical composition. The lack of Wumei Er-chen tang and the Er-chen Tang has significant difference 2.Er-chen tang single and together fried chemical composition has significant difference.3.The different doses of Wumei impacts on Er-chen tang main chemical composition;Wumei has the remarkable influence to the orange peel glucoside.4.GC-MS identified 35 kinds of volatile compounds of Er-chen tang, 27 kinds of volatile components of the lack Wumei Er-chen tang.5.LC-MS identified three chemical compositions of Er-chen tang.6.Combination of chemical composition of Er-chen tang research to propose one system research traditional Chinese herbal compound method.Conclusion:Study on the chemical composition of Er-chen tang from different angles by using many kinds of modern instruments,then obtain an ideal experimental result,and propose a system method to research Chinese herbal compound chemical.
