Objective:To observe the effect of the ginsenoside Rg2 cyclodextrin inclusion compound on hemodynamics in normal dogs.Method:The dogs were randomly divided into six groups,each with six:saline group,the solvent group,nitroglycerin group and the ginsenoside Rg2 inclusion large,medium and small-dose group.With pentobarbital sodium solution to normal dogs anesthesia.Separation of the right carotid artery,the determination of arterial blood pressure(BP) recorded the end of left ventricular pressure LVEDP,the differential processor recorded the largest increase in left ventricular pressure,the rate of decline(±dp/dt).Link ECG electrodes,records superscriptⅡlead electrocardiogram(ECG),calculate heart rate(HR);exposed heart;isolated aortic root and branch coronary L-placed for electromagnetic flowmeter probe,measure aortic flow(CO) and coronary Blood flow(CBF).Saline control group,only to give intravenous saline solution; solvent to the same group of hydroxypropylβ-CD solution,intravenous infusion;nitroglycerin was given nitroglycerin injection,intravenous infusion;ginsenosides Glycosides Rg2 complex group to ginsenoside Rg2 respectively for 1,2,4 mg/kg dose intravenous injection.Observation of the blood parameters:including ECG,HR,BP,LVSP,LVEDP,±dp/dt,and so on..Blood gas test PaO2,SaO2,PvO2,SvO2 Hemodynamics-level data will be calculated according to secondary data,including cardiac blood flow(MBF),coronary resistance(CVR).total peripheral resistance(TPVR),cardiac index(CI),cardiac index(SI),left Room for work and myocardial oxygen consumption index,a stroke volume(SV),arterial and venous blood oxygen content, myocardial oxygen consumption,myocardial oxygen uptake rate.Results:ginsenoside Rg2 inclusion on heart rate,blood pressure impact was not significant and diastolic blood pressure significantly decreased the average pressure;increase in coronary blood flow,cardiac output,myocardial blood flow,a stroke volume,cardiac index,cardiac index,Left for work;reduce coronary resistance,and lower total peripheral resistance and the artery and venous blood oxygen content,myocardial oxygen consumption,myocardial oxygen uptake rate had no significant impact.Conclusion:The inclusion of ginsenoside Rg2 normal hemodynamics dogs have significantly improved.
