Clinical Study Of HuoXueTongMai Decoction For Preventing From Lower Extremity Deep Vein Thrombosis After Total Artificial Hip Replacement

Objectives:To value the clinical effect of preventing from lower extremity deep vein thrombosis with Huo Xue Tong Mat decoction after total artificial hip replacement.The purpose is to explore its mechanism.Methods:All 45 cases were collected from the orthopaedic department of Min Dong Hospitai,and were randomly divided into treated(24 cases) and controlled(21 cases) group. Total artificial hip replacement was performed by the same doctor for all 45 cases.. The method of operation was identical.HuoXueTongMai decoction was used in the treated group after total artificial hip replacement,and the controlled group was given aspirin.The difference of hemorheology,the incidence of DVT,D-dimer between the two groups were observed.Result:1,The basic factor in two group had no statistical difference(P＞0.05);2,The incidence of DVT was 8.3%in the treated group after artificial hip replacement and 38.1%in the controlled group.The two value had significant statistical differrence(P＜0.05);3,In the two groups,hemorheology indices and D-diner indice in the 10nd hour after operation was significant difference from those before operation;4,In the treated group,the values of hemorheology indices and D-dimer indice detected in the 8nd day after operation was significant different from those in the 10nd hour after operation and before operation,as well as those in control group(P＜0.05或P＜0.05);5,There were no the complicatiom of lung embolism,blood tumor,alimentary tract hemorrhage,blood urine to take place in the two groups.There was no obvious drug adverse reaction in the treated group.In the controlled group,there was the complicatiom of epigastric discomfort,sicchasia,emetische in two cases.Conclution:1,Blood was under the hypercoagulable and hyperviscous state after artificial hip replacement.2,Huo Xue Tong Mai decoction can effctively improve the hypercoagulable and hyperviscous state of blood.3,Huo Xue Tong Mai decoction can effectively decrease incidence of DVT after total artificial hip replacement. 4,The negative effect of HuoXueTongMai decoction was little.It is efficient and safe for HuoXueTongMai decoction to use to prevent from DVT after total artificial hip replacement.
