The Differentia Study Of MSCTA Findings Between Arteriosclerosis Obliterans And Diabetic Arteriosclerosis Obliterans

Objective: To study the differentia study of MSCTA Findings Between Arteriosclerosis Obliterans and Diabetic Arteriosclerosis Obliterans . In order to offer proofs for the syndrome differentiation and better guide the clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods: There were total 66 cases which were definitely diagnosed of ASO and DMASO taken MSCTA scans, including 25 cases of DMASO and 41ones of ASO. The images acquired by post processing with applicable techniques combined with axial ones were analyzed according to the artery segments and observed indexes. Then the data were analyzed by statistics. Results: The differentia study of MSCTA Findings Between Arteriosclerosis Obliterans and Diabetic Arteriosclerosis Obliterans :Compared with DMASO, ASO count the most part in vessel stenosis of popliteal artery, calcification of bilateral external iliac artery, wall thickening of unilateral external iliac artery, vessel stenosis and obstruction of internal iliac artery overall ,bilateral and unilateral, vessel stenosis of unilateral femoral artery, vessel stenosis and obstruction of bilateral deep femoral artery.The last arteries and indexes is normal. Conclusion:There was certain diffrence of MSCTA findings between ASOandDMASO. There were distinguished MSCTA findings betweenASO and DMASO. The results could be adopted to offer the proofs for distinguishing the two diseases.
