Objective:To observe clinical efficacy for eczema of MH of Qing Re Li Shi Yin (QRLSY) combine Mizolastine.To observe impact onâ…£allergic reaction, Inflammatory reaction and 5-LO of QRLSY by the animal experiment.To approach the mechanism of action of QRLSY for eczema.Method:60 patients were separated at random into the therapy group (group with QRLSY and mizolastine)and the compare group (group with QRLSY).During 4 weeks'treatments, degree of prurit,erythema and papula were abserved.To etect the model ofâ…£allergic reaction in the animal experiment. After devided into group at random,saline, prednisone acetate, QRLSY and QRLSY combine mizolastine were given respectively,and to observe the effect of inhibition.To erect the model of infl by swelling of pinna in small mice after devided into group at random, saline, halcinonide and QRLSY were overlayed respectively ,and to observe the inhibition.To erect the model of swelling by arachidonic acid in the voix pedis of rat,To lavage saline, mizolastine and QRLSY after devided into group at random,and to observe the inhibition.Result: The therapy group,cure and obvious effect rate is 96.7% with total effect rate of 100%,Compared with group with QRLSY cure and obvious effect rate is 73.33% with total effect rate.of 90.00% and there are notable difference between two groups(P<0.05).Further consultation after be cured 3 months there are no notable difference between two group(sP>0.05).The experiment shows that QRLSY can remarkably restrainâ…£allergic reaction, inflammatory reaction and 5-LO.Conclusion: Treating acute eczema with QRLSY and mizolastine can elevate the effection,shorten course and lower racurrence.The mechanism of action of QRLSY is connected with restrainingâ…£allergic reaction,5-LO, inflammation, pathogenic microorganism, diuresis and so on.
