| Object: In the early stage of common cold, the method of clearing the ying fen and relieving the exterior which mean taking the relieving exterior as the main and cleaing the ying fen to regulate the constitution as the assistant was disscussed to be used to the patient with the constitution of having latent heat in yin fen.Method and index:â‘ Theoretical research: the modern and ancient documents were carded. the difference of treating common cold and the view of its cause and pathogenesis between Western Medicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine was taken as the starting point. The advantages on treating common cold with traditional Chinese medicine was summarized. The thoughts of therapy on people with latent heat in yin fen constitution who take common cold was disscussed. The herbs in Qingying jiebiao mixture were analyzed.â‘¡Experimental research: the effect of the Qingyingjiebiao mixture of antivirus was verified through observing the death-proection rate, pathology of the pulmonary tissues, lung index, viral hemagglutination titer of pulmonary tissues. The immunological mechanism of the function of the Qingyingjiebiao mixture was probed through observing the function of lymphocyte proliferation, the influence on the balance of th1/th2. in these two processes, in situ experiment, MTT method, researchal techniques and experimental methods, such as flow cytometry and so on were used.Results:â‘ The Qingyingjiebiao mixture can take death protective effect on virus infected mice, the pathologic change degree of the pulmonary tissues could be improved , the lung index and hemagglutination titer would reduce by applying Qingyingjiebiao mixture.â‘¡The immunological function of the influenza virus infected mice could be improved through applying Qingyingjiebiao mixture to enchance the function of lymphocyte proliferation and to regulate the balance of th1/th2. and then the virus infected mice was protected.
