Objective:In order to discuss the relationship between characteristics of injured coronary artery and the aggregation of coronary heart disease risk factors, which is further for treatment and prevention of coronary heart disease. Methods:By retrospective case analysis,we studied 600 cases admitted in cardiology department and operated on coronary angiography from Jan.1.2005 to December.12.2007.The severity of coronary artery stenosis was measured though angiography image system.Coronary stenosis≥50%enrolled in coronary heart disease group. No stenosis or stenosis<50%in non coronary heart disease group, and the severity of lesion was graded.According to the luminar diameter of artery,50%-75%,76%,were defined as low grade, more middle grade stenosis spectively.According to the number of suffered coronary artery, single branch and more double branches were defined.Patients'preprandial blood was examed by routine assay.Results:(1)The average level of SBP,DBP,CREA,FBG,TC and TG were progressively higher with the increases of age(P<0.05),and The average level of TBIL,HDL-C were progressively lower(P<0.05),and the ages in LDL-C and UA were not statistically significant. The ages in smoking and hypertension, diabetes were significant differences(P<0.05),and hyperlipidemia not statistically significant. The average level of single branch stenosis, more double branches stenosis and LAD,RCA,LM,LCX stenosis were progressively higher with the increases of age(P<0.05),and the ages in coronary pathological degree were not significant differences(2)The average level of SBP,DBP,TC,TG,HDL-C,CREA,TBIL and FBG were statistically significant between the coronary heart disease group and non coronary heart disease group(P<0.01).The positive rate of male, advanced age, hypertesion, diabetes, smoking and hyperlipidemia in the coronary heart disease group was higher than in non coronary heart disease group(P<0.01).(3)The aggregation of the coronary heart disease risk factors was associated with positive rate of coronary angiography and LCX stenosis, the extent and the severity of coronary artery lesions(P<0.05),there were significant differences among risk factors group(P<0.05),and the LAD,RCA,LM stenosis were not statistically significant.(4) It indicates by Spearman's correlation analysis a positive correlation was foud between coronary pathological grade and age,SBP,TC,TG,LDL-C,UA,FBG(r=0.169~0.107,P=0.002~0.047), a negative correlation between coronary artery lesions grade and HDL-C, TBIL(r=-0.136~-0.600,P=0.012~0.000),no correlation between coronary artery lesions grade and sex,DBP,CREA.It indicates by Spearman's correlation analysis a positive correlation was foud between coronary pathological range and age,DBP,SBP,LDL-C,UA,FBG(r=0.136~0.261, P=0.012~0.000),a negative correlation between coronary pathological range and HDL-C,TBIL(r=-0.124~-0.279,P=0.022~0.000),no correlation between coronary pathological range and sex,TC,TG,CREA.Conclusion:(1)The incidence rate of coronary heart disease was progressively higher with the increasing average level of age, smoking,SBP,DBP, FBG,TC,TG,LDL-C.(2) Coronary artery lesions and age, smoking, hypertetion, diabetes, hyperlipidemia were an important relationship.(3) The more risk factors were, the higher incidence rate of injured coronary artery, and the aggregation of risk factors can increase the severity and the range of coronary artery lesions.
